隐私政策Privacy Policy
本政策说明 iPhone App“念匣”（Nianbox，下称“念匣”）如何处理你的信息。简短版本：我们不收集、不存储、也看不到你的任何数据。念匣没有账号系统，没有我们自己的服务器，也不包含广告、统计或追踪工具。
1. 保存在你设备上的内容
录音、转写文字、正文、AI 生成的标题摘要和待办、项目、标签、词库、纠正记忆、问答记录和地点信息，都只保存在你的 iPhone 上。删除 App 会删除这些内容。你导出的备份文件保存在你选择的位置（例如“文件”App 或 iCloud 云盘），由你自己管理。
2. 权限

3. 会联网的情况
念匣自身只会在以下情况下联网：
- Apple 系统服务。首次使用某种语言转写时，iOS 可能从 Apple 下载语音识别资源；查看地图时加载 Apple 地图；为录音显示地名时，系统会把坐标发给 Apple 查询地名。设备端 Apple Intelligence 在手机上运行。这些由 Apple 提供，适用 Apple 隐私政策。
- 你自己添加的 AI 服务。只有在你主动添加并授权某个服务（例如通义千问、DeepSeek、OpenAI，或你自建的服务）后，念匣才会把相应内容从你的 iPhone 直接发送给该服务，不经过我们。授权时会写明收件方地址、是否位于境外、会发送什么、不会发送什么。根据你分配的功能，可能发送：录音音频（转写）、正文和你选择的项目背景与词条（整理、追问）、你的问题和检索到的记录片段（问念匣）。纠正记忆、其他项目和整个数据库不会被发送。这些服务如何处理数据由其自身的隐私政策和条款决定，费用由服务方向你收取。你可以随时撤销授权或删除服务。
除此之外，念匣不连接任何服务器。
4. 密钥
你填写的 API Key 等凭据保存在 iOS 钥匙串中，不写入普通设置、日志或备份文件，也不会发送给除对应服务之外的任何人。
5. 崩溃与诊断
念匣不包含第三方崩溃或统计 SDK。如果你在 iOS 设置中选择与 App 开发者共享分析数据，Apple 会向我们提供不含你录音和文字内容的崩溃报告与性能统计。你可以在“设置 › 隐私与安全性 › 分析与改进”中更改。
6. 儿童
念匣不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计，我们不会有意收集任何人的个人信息。
7. 本政策的变更
如果念匣处理数据的方式发生变化，我们会更新本页面和最近更新日期；重要变化会在 App 更新说明中提示。

This policy explains how the iPhone app Nianbox handles your information. The short version: we don’t collect, store or have access to any of your data. Nianbox has no accounts and no servers of our own, and contains no ads, analytics or tracking.
1. What stays on your device
Recordings, transcripts, note text, AI-generated titles, summaries and to-dos, projects, tags, vocabulary, confirmed corrections, Q&A history and location data are stored only on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them. Backups you export are saved where you choose (for example, the Files app or iCloud Drive) and are under your control.

3. When Nianbox goes online
Nianbox itself only connects to the network in these cases:
- Apple system services. iOS may download speech recognition assets from Apple the first time you transcribe in a language; maps are loaded from Apple Maps; to show a place name for a recording, the system sends its coordinates to Apple. On-device Apple Intelligence runs on your phone. These are provided by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy.
- AI services you add yourself. Only after you add and authorize a service (such as Qwen, DeepSeek, OpenAI or your own server) does Nianbox send content directly from your iPhone to that service, never through us. The authorization screen shows the recipient’s address, whether it is outside your country or region, and what will and won’t be sent. Depending on the features you assign, this may include recording audio (transcription), note text plus any project background and vocabulary you choose (templates and follow-ups), and your question with matching note excerpts (Ask Nianbox). Confirmed corrections, other projects and your full library are never sent. Each service handles data under its own privacy policy and terms and bills you directly. You can revoke authorization or remove a service at any time.
Nianbox connects to no other servers.
4. Keys
API keys and other credentials you enter are stored in the iOS Keychain. They are never written to regular settings, logs or backups, and are sent only to the service they belong to.
5. Crashes and diagnostics
Nianbox includes no third-party crash or analytics SDKs. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple provides us with crash reports and performance data that don’t include your recordings or text. You can change this in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
6. Children
Nianbox is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
7. Changes to this policy
If the way Nianbox handles data changes, we’ll update this page and the date above, and mention significant changes in the app’s release notes.
